Anthony Palacios is the former Standardized Field Sobriety Testing State Coordinator for the State of Georgia and was 1 of 3 full time Impaired Driving instructors for the Georgia Police Academy at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC). Anthony is a former International Association Chiefs of Police Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) Instructor and a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) Instructor.
Since becoming a private consultant in 2008, Anthony has consulted in DUI & DRE related cases in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Vermont.
Anthony has lectured on DUI & DRE related topics at several national and state conferences for prosecutors and defense attorneys.

Critiqued over 1,000 law enforcement officers in the proper administration of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests during course Proficiency exams
Critiqued over 100 law enforcement officers in the Drug Recognition Expert 12- step evaluation process during course Field Certification Phase
Evaluated over 300 DUI/DRE narratives for law enforcement officers and prosecutors
Arrested over 800 impaired drivers and assisted in over 200 additional impaired driving arrests as a DUI Task Force officer and/or DRE Instructor
Conducted over 130 alcohol workshops dosing over 520 persons with alcoholic beverages observing signs and symptoms of alcohol consumption with breath alcohol readings ranging from .01 to .15 grams.
