Anthony D. Palacios received over 2000 hours of law enforcement training during his former career as a police officer. Of these 2000 training hours, approximately 500 hours were specifically dedicated to impaired driving courses, 320 hours were specifically dedicated to accident investigation & reconstruction courses, and 500 hours were specifically dedicated to traffic enforcement courses.
